I apologise for the long wait that some of you may be experiencing for your application to join the forum to be processed.
This is because we have to vet each and every application and check it against our membership records. This takes time and as a result may cause a delay in your account being activated because of the way we hold private data as an organisation.
Please remember that we are all volunteers with our own lives also and it's not always possible to reach the relevant people who may hold such information as quickly as preferred.
I thank you for your patience and give my personal guarantee that every paid-up member will have their account activated as soon as possible. As with all systems there is a rough patch to begin with but I hope that things will settle in the coming weeks.
If, having registered, you think your application may have been missed, then please get in touch and I'll personally investigate.
